Promotion expands Breckley's Role at Columbia

Columbia ParCar Corp. announced the appointment of Scott Breckley to the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Breckley will lead Columbia's sales, marketing, supply chain, product engineering, quality and technical support efforts.
