Columbia ParCar Corp. today announced the appointment of Scott Breckley to the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Breckley will lead Columbia's sales, marketing, supply chain, product engineering, quality and technical support efforts. Most recently, he served as Columbia's Vice President of Sales and Marketing and brings nearly 35 years of experience in the specialized vehicle industry to his new role. Prior to joining Columbia, Breckley was President of Legend Electric Vehicles, successor to the country's first, task-oriented electric vehicle manufacturer; which was acquired by Columbia in 1999.
